Laboratory studies were conducted on certain aspects of biology of Diadegma semiclausum Hellen, eclosion, mating and oviposition behaviors. Results showed that the pupae of D. semiclausum whole period of eclosion for 4 days, there is one peak in the 3rd day and eclosion rate 58. 82% . The number of eclosion was 16. 5 from 8 : 00 to 13 : 00 in 3rd day and eclosion rate 66. 00%. The process of mating behavior includes : preparing, mating, finished. The female oviposition after mating. The process of oviposition behavior includes: host searching and examining, ovipositor probing and ovipositing, cleaning and resting.
